Our Commitment to Quality in our Analytical Work ü All samples are analyzed following SOPs or if an SOP is not available we follow detailed protocols. ü Our analysts have been trained on each SOP that they run. ü Each SOP has appropriate Worksheets which are used by the analyst to record lot numbers of reagents and columns, any calculations required for the analysis and other relevant information. ü Worksheets are signed by the Analyst and by a second scientist who has reviewed the information on the Worksheet. ü We include the appropriate standards for comparing the performance of our analysis run-to-run and to assess the chromatographic separation from run-to-run. ü Any deviation from the SOP is documented and reported. ü A report is generated on each study and this report, along with a data packet containing Worksheets and raw data (initialed and dated), is sent to the client after the study is completed. If requested, we can also email a copy of the report and/or electronic copies of chromatograms suitable for inclusion in reports/filings. |
